Use the Equipment Lookup feature to view equipment information, including history, life cycle information, and work order counts and costs.
1. Click on the EQU Lookup tab.
2. Accept the Facility default or select from the valid entry list.
3. If searching for a specific tag, enter the tag number in the Tag field and click on Search. The information for that tag will display in the window below.
4. If the tag number is unknown, select the search criteria for the tag(s) you are looking for and click on Search. Tag information displays depending on the filter options selected.
5. Click the Clear button to clear all entries and start another new search.
6. Double click on a tag in the list to view more detail about the equipment.
7. Double click on a work order in the list to view more detail about a particular work order.
8. Hover over a dot on the Cost of Work Orders Over Time graph to view summary work order information.
